Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the CBI submitted that after completion of the investigation, chargesheet was filed on 28th February, 2024 which was followed by the supplementary chargesheet dated 31st December, 2024 before the Court concerned. It is submitted that as per the chargesheet as well as the supplementary chargesheet, no incriminating evidence was found against the petitioner. Therefore, the instant petition may be disposed of in the light of said submission. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has not contradicted the submission made by the learned counsel for the CBI. 3.
