Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed to seek quashing of FIR No.04/2021, under Sections 376/354/509 IPC dated 24.01.2021, P.S. Tilak Marg. 2.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that the Chargesheet has already been filed and the charges have been framed against which the Petitioner intends to file a separate Revision/Appeal. 3.

Considering that the Chargesheet has already been filed and charges directed to be framed, nothing more survives in the present Petition which is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedy.
