% 01.05.2017 IA No.13829/2016 filed by defendant seeking transfer of the matter to district courts Learned counsel for plaintiff has submitted that learned Local Commissioner Mr. Kataria, Sr. Adv. who was recording the evidence earlier has expired in November, 2016.

Learned counsel for plaintiff has admitted that since the jurisdiction of the present matter is less than Rs.2 crore and the suit property situated at Goyla Dairy Road, Dwarka, therefore the same may be transferred to said district court. Learned counsel for defendants has also admitted that jurisdiction of the present matter lies in Dwarka Courts, Delhi.

Accordingly the captioned IA is allowed and in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present Contd....2
