The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a. To restrain the unnecessary harassment and frivolous complaints being entertained on the basis of stolen documents at different police stations on the same matter without jurisdiction in nexus with the persons against whom complaints were made by the petitioner against their irregular appointments.

b. To investigate the theft and use of personal and private documents for filing frivolous complaints under various police stations without jurisdictions and on the same matter in nexus with the persons against whom complaints were made by the petitioner against their irregular appointments. c. To investigate by the senior police officer in the matter of fraudulent and manipulated appointments made in AIU on

pick and choose basis without required qualification and experience in AIU as per complaint made by the petitioner." 2.

Insofar as the petitioner's claim that his personal and private documents have been stolen is concerned, the petitioner has already filed a complaint with the concerned police authorities. It is expected that the police authorities shall take the necessary action in accordance with law. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved on account of his complaint not being proceeded with, the petitioner can avail such remedies as available in law. No orders in this regard are required to be passed by this Court in these proceedings.

It is the petitioner's case that he had made a complaint against two other persons who had been appointed to the post of Joint Secretary, AIU. It is the petitioner's case that said persons, namely, Shri Piyush Kumar Patanjali and Shri Alok Kumar Mishra are seeking vendetta against the petitioner by making false and vexatious complaints before various authorities.

The petitioner claims that false complaint had been made against him in the Vasant Kunj (North) Police Station, alleging that the petitioner had submitted a forged certificate for being appointed with the AIU. He states that similar complaints had also been made in various other police stations. 5.

Inspector Sanjeev Mandal, who is present in Court, states that the complaint filed against the petitioner before PS Vasant Kunj (North) was found to be unmerited and the case stands closed. 6.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in

this case. In the event any other complaint is filed against the petitioner, the same would also be considered in accordance with law. 7.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. The pending application is also disposed of.
