% 01.08.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of debarment issued on 19.06.2015 was valid for one year and that has lapsed on 18.06.2016 and as such, that debarment is no longer effective.
Therefore, according to him, the petition can be disposed of in these terms reserving the rights of the petitioner to raise the contentions which have been raised in the present petition in case the need arises in future transactions with the respondents.
