% 28.04.2016 CM APPL.7842/2011 & 12236/2015 The respondent, i.e., the Delhi High Court's establishment state through its counsel Mr. Viraj R. Datar that the two directions made in the previous order of 16.10.2015 have been complied with. The statement is not disputed by the counsel for the applicants/petitioners who seeks liberty to withdraw CM APPL.7842/2011 and 12236/2015 and agitate any surviving grievance, if any, in appropriate substantive proceedings in accordance with law.

CM APPL.7842/2011 and 12236/2015 stand dismissed as withdrawn.

CM APPL.8204/2012 After some hearing, the applicant sought liberty to withdraw the application and sought further liberty to file appropriate substantive proceedings in accordance with law. Liberty granted, without expressing any opinion. In case the applicant is aggrieved in respect of the cause, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. It will be equally open to the respondents to object and raise contentions open to them in accordance with law. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
