Ms. Nimrat Singh, counsel for Plaintiff, on instructions, states that the Plaintiff does not wish to press any relief against Defendant No. 2. Her statement is taken on record, and Defendant No. 2 is deleted from the array of parties. Let an amended memo of parties be placed on record within ten days from today.

As regards Defendant No. 1, the parties have executed a Settlement Agreement dated 16th January, 2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The said Settlement Agreement is accompanied with Board Resolutions in favour of Authorised Representatives of Plaintiff and Defendant No. 1.

the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof. 4.
The Court has perused the settlement terms and finds the same to be lawful. As per the Settlement Agreement, Mr. Ankush Mangol, counsel for Defendant No. 1, has tendered a cheque of Rs. 1.5 lakhs to Ms. Singh as payment towards damages.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiff and against Defendant No. 1 in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 16th January, 2024, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. 6.
In view of the fact that parties have arrived at a compromise, Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of full court fees in favour of the Plaintiff.
