The relief sought in the present writ petition is with respect to requisite directions to respondents/bank to pay interest with respect to one FDR of Rs. 2.50 crores.

However, in the application (CM APPL. 75170/2024), various facts with respect to one time settlement have been averred to and the petitioner seeks directions to respondents for not insisting upon the petitioner for making payment of Rs.1.32 crores with respect of his one NPA account. 3.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file writ petition afresh after incorporating all the facts. 4.

It is noticed that so far no reply has been filed from the side of the respondent.

In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
