Mr. Kaushik, learned counsel for the decree-holders, states that the only issue pending is the release of the amount deposited by the Garnishee with this Court along with up-to-date accrued interest. 2.

Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the judgment-debtor has no objection to the same.

For the said reasons, the amount deposited by the Garnishee be released to the decree-holder No. 1/ its counsel along with up-to-date accrued interest.
