Renu Gupta v. Shalini Dixit
$~59 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + CM(M) 848/2025 & CM APPL. 27314-27315/2025 RENU GUPTA .....Petitioner Through:
Mr. Mohit Tyagi, Advocate.
versus SHALINI DIXIT .....Respondent Through:

CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN
O R D E R
% 06.05.2025 1.
The grievance raised by the petitioner who is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court is completely misconceived. 2.
On 17.04.2025, the plaintiff moved an application seeking admission decree.
3.
Learned trial Court has fixed up the abovesaid application for consideration on 28.08.2025 and has also, simultaneously, issued notice with respect to the abovesaid application.
4.
There cannot be said to be anything perverse in the abovesaid order and merely, because the request of plaintiff seeking pre-ponement of the date in the main suit has been declined, it would not give any right to the plaintiff to invoke the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court, in the manner it has been. 5.
Finding no merit or substance, the petition is dismissed. 6.
Pending applications also stand disposed of in aforesaid term. MANOJ JAIN, J MAY 6, 2025/sw/JS The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 00:47:40
