Respondent no.2 in person and respondent no.3 through his counsel submit solemn undertaking that they would not cause any harm to the petitioner. They are bound by the undertakings thus given. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate measures are being taken by the local police through beat staff and division officer and that the petitioners are fully satisfied with the same and do not press for any further direction.

The local police shall continue taking appropriate measures to ensure the safety and well being of the petitioners. The petition is disposed of with these directions. R.K.GAUBA, J.
