O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner invites the attention of the Court to the order dated 23.11.2023 to contend that the petitioner has again joined investigation and has also handed over the mobile phone to the Investigating Officer, which position is not disputed by the learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court. 2.

The learned APP further fairly states that the petitioner is not required any further investigation.
