Mr. Rajat Wadhwa, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that he has instructions to state that the petition will not be pressed any further in case the same is treated as representation by the respondent no.1/RBI and disposed of by a speaking order. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1/RBI, on instructions, submits that appropriate directions can be passed. 3.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1/RBI to treat the present writ petition as a representation and the same may be disposed of by a speaking order within a period eight weeks from today after giving a personal hearing to the petitioners.

The order so passed shall be communicated to the petitioners as well as to their counsel within a period of two weeks thereafter.
