Mr. Aseem Mehrotra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner invites attention of the Court to order dated 19.09.2025, to contend that while directing the respondent/PCI to process the application of petitioner in accordance with law, inadvertently, there was no timeline fixed for deciding the said application.
