By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged vacation of the interim stay order by the learned Principle District and Sessions Judge (Central) in the proceedings under Section 9 of the Public Premises Act. 3.

At the very outset, due to some technical defect, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
