The grievance canvassed by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the complaint preferred by him to the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), [filed as Annexure-P9 to the present petition] has not been decided in accordance with law.

It transpires that pursuant to receipt of the said complaint, the CVC intimated to the petitioner as under:
"Central Vigilance Commission Dated: 08.10.2024 To Shri Ashok Kumar Taneja H.NO. 406, Jheel Khuranja, Delhi-110051.
