The grievance canvassed by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the complaint preferred by him to the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), [filed as Annexure-P9 to the present petition] has not been decided in accordance with law.

It transpires that pursuant to receipt of the said complaint, the CVC intimated to the petitioner as under:

"Central Vigilance Commission Dated: 08.10.2024 To Shri Ashok Kumar Taneja H.NO. 406, Jheel Khuranja, Delhi-110051.

Sub: Complaint against Shr. Pradeep Kumar, CVO and Sh. Patanjali The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 05/08/2025 at 12:22:07

I am directed to inform that your complaint dated 13.08.2024 has been sent to JS & CVO, Ministry of Home Affairs for necessary action vide Commission's OM of even number dated 23.09.2024. -sd- (Ashutosh Tiwari) Section Officer"

Mr. Ashish Dixit, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Joint Secretary (CVO), Ministry of Home Affairs, submits that the complaint shall be duly considered and decided in accordance with law, and a reasoned order shall be passed thereon under intimation to the petitioner. 4.

The above redresses the grievance of the petitioner. 5.
