Learned counsel for the respondent submits on instructions from Mr.Prawin Desai, MLO, Headquarters that the decision has been taken to register the three buses of the petitioner.

It is further submitted that the registration would be done within a period of two weeks from today. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent today with liberty to revive the same if the registration is not done in terms of the statement made today. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is also claiming compensation of Rs.6 lacs against the respondents for loss of earning and depreciation of the buses. The petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies for the claim and damages in accordance with law. 4.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
