The larger issue with respect to street dogs is pending for adjudication before the Supreme Court. For the said reason, there is no justification to keep this writ petition pending before this Court. 2.

The petitioners are however granted liberty to file a fresh petition or to request for revival of the instant writ petition, if the petitioners' grievance is not mitigated.

With that liberty, the petition stands disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
