The respondents have handed over a demand draft for Rs.19,60,000/- and two posted dated cheques bearing No.122296 dated 16th June, 2016 for Rs.5,00,000/- and No.122298 dated 16th November, 2016 for Rs.19,66,000/- to the petitioner's counsel in terms of the settlement between the parties. 2.

Mr. S.K. Bajaj, respondent no.1 and Mr. Arvind Singh, respondent no.2 are present in Court today.

Respondent no.2, Mr. Arvind Singh, Managing Director of M/s. Krasa International Pvt. Ltd. undertakes that two post dated cheques dated 16th June, 2016 and 16th November, 2016 signed by him shall be honoured on their first presentation.

The undertaking of respondent no.2 is hereby accepted.

This petition is disposed of in view of the demand draft and two post dated cheques handed over today and the undertaking of the respondent no.2. However, in the event of dishonour of any of the aforesaid two post dated cheques on their first presentation, the petitioner is at liberty to revive

this petition. Respondents no.1 and 2 undertake to appear before this Court on the receipt of the advance copy of the revival application. The undertaking of respondents no.1 and 2 to appear on the very first date upon receipt of advance copy by their counsel is also accepted. Respondents no.1 and 2 shall be bound by the undertaking given to this Court today. 5.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
