The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No.747/2021 for offence under Section 302/34 IPC registered by PS Dabri. The interim bail is sought by the accused/applicant on medical grounds. 3.
On being pointed out the medical status report (Annexure A-3) which was filed before the Court of Sessions, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application and submits that the accused/applicant shall give consent for surgery to treat his gallbladder stones.
