conclusion of testimony of PW-3. In the course of arguments advanced today, learned counsel for the accused/applicant took me through the chief examination of PW-3 and contended that she has not supported the prosecution at all and has rather made self inculpatory statement. Learned counsel for the accused/applicant also argued that apart from PW-3, there is no other evidence to connect the accused/applicant with the alleged offence. Since even chief examination of PW-3 is yet to be concluded, I find the request of the learned counsel for accused/applicant reasonable. 3.

Therefore, these applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the accused/applicant to file fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court. Learned Trial Court is requested to ensure conclusion of testimony of PW-3 on the date already fixed i.e., 19.07.2025 or at the most within ten days thereafter.
