The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a)Kindly take an appropriate action against Police official ASI Sh. Subhash Dhaiya for wrongful illegal detention of the Petitioner. b) Direct the Police to provide and procure the CCTV Footage of the entire incident.
c) Kindly Provide Compensation to the Petitioner for the damages suffered due to the violation of rights.
d) Kindly direct to the Police officials to provide the Complaint and F.I.R copy (If Any).
e) Pass any other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
