After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners/counter-claimants, does not press the present petition and seeks liberty to avail any other remedy available to him under law. He, however, also prays that the learned Trial Court may be requested to expedite disposal of the main suit as well as of the counter-claim. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Learned Trial Court is also requested to make best endeavour to dispose of the suit and the counter-claim as expeditiously as possible. 4.
