Petitioner is defending a suit for partition and is aggrieved by order dated 20.03.2025 whereby his right to address oral arguments has been closed, albeit, liberty has been granted to file written synopsis. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs appears on advance notice.

The next date before the learned Trial Court is 06.06.2025 and since the question raised in the present petition is very minimal in nature and since the suit is still pending adjudication, the present petition is disposed of with request to learned Trial Court to give one opportunity of oral arguments to the defendant.
