The present Application under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1980 has been filed by the Petitioner for substitution of the name of the Authorized Representative of the Petitioner. 2.

It is submitted that Mr. Naman Jain, Manager (Legal) has been appointed as the Authorized Representative of the Petitioner-Bank vide Resolution dated 05.07.2023. A copy of the Resolution has been placed on record. It is therefore, submitted that the Authorized Representative of the petitioner be substituted with Mr. Naman Jain, Manager (Legal). 3.

Upon Notice, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent has no objection to the application. 4.

Submissions heard.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits on instructions from the Authorized Representative that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
