After hearing argument for some time, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take requisite steps to produce the original documents before the learned Trial Court. 2.

He also submits that these documents are already part of the complaint filed by him under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and he would take requisite steps to ensure that such record, which contains the original documents, is produced before the learned Trial Court for its due consideration.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
