Learned counsel for the parties state that the disputes between them arise in respect of a tender dated 11.02.2020 for allotment of truck/tempo/cargo vehicles parking cum management and stacking of parcels contract at Delhi Junction Railway Station. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the agreement contains an arbitration clause, and they have agreed that the disputes between them may be adjudicated by arbitration of a sole arbitrator under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ["DIAC"]. 3.

Mr. Jitender Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the DIAC for appointment of an arbitrator.
