W.P.(C) 7039/2019 & C.M. No. 29372/2019 & 29374/2019 The petitioner assails the order dated 18.12.2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (CAT/ Tribunal) in O.A. No.397/2017. The Tribunal has allowed the respondent‟s claim for interest on delayed release of the ACP/ MACP benefits amounting to Rs.1,92,121/-.

The submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner in this case are similar to those advanced in W.P. (C) No. 7022/2019. We have rejected the

said submissions. For the same reasons, we do not find any merit in this petition.

Dismissed.
