By the present petition, the petitioner seeks to transfer the suit being CS No.325/2014, titled as Tejbir Singh vs. M/s DSC Limited pending in the court of Ms.Sunena Sharma, Additional District Judge, South East District, New Delhi to the court having territorial jurisdiction to entertain the suits pertaining to South District, New Delhi.

It is urged that the said court of Ms. Sunena Sharma, Additional District Judge after conclusion of evidence allowed the application filed by the respondent wherein the territorial jurisdiction of the court to entertain and try a suit was challenged as the office of the respondent is situated at South Extension Part-II, New Delhi which falls within the jurisdiction of South District.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that he has no objection to transfer of the case. Accordingly, the matter stands transferred to the appropriate court of Additional District Judge, South TR.P.(C.) 13/2016

District.

List the matter before the concerned court of District Judge (South District) on 17th October, 2016.
