The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 202/2019 under Section 354/354A/354-B/506/509/34 IPC, registered with P.S. Mansarovar Park. 2.

A plain reading of the complaint (the FIR in question) does indicate that there are matrimonial disputes between the complainant's sister (the petitioner's wife) and her husband (the petitioner herein). The complainant had joined her sister in her matrimonial home and is now residing in the house owned by her sister's father-in-law/family. 3.

The petitioner is employed in Pune and is no longer residing at the said premises (B-1449/115 Gali No. 3, Durga Puri, Shahdara, Delhi). 4.

This Court is refraining from making any further observations, but it

does appear that the FIR in question has been lodged on account of matrimonial disputes between the complainant's sister and her husband/inlaws. 5.

Considering the totality of the circumstances, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest, on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court.
