The present Appeal has been filed under Section 37(2)(a) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking to set aside the Order dated 06.03.2025 passed in the arbitral proceeding, being DIAC No. 8233/04-24, in the matter titled as „Nirmal Kumar v. Dinesh Kumar & Ors‟.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties jointly submit that both the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement and, in pursuance thereof, are ad idem that the disputes raised in the present Petition stand settled inter se the parties. 3.

Learned counsel for the Appellant further submits that the said Settlement Agreement, filed vide Diary no. 2405918/2025, is lying under objections.

to take the Settlement Agreement on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties jointly submit that, in view of the amicable settlement between the parties, the present Petition may be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In view of the joint submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the present Petition, along with pending Application(s), if any, stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
