CM APPL. 1437/2024 1.

Present is an application under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") filed by the petitioner to withdraw the present contempt proceedings.

It is submitted that a petition, being Crl. M.C. No. 8722/2023 was filed for quashing of FIR No. 223/22 registered at Police Station Khayala along with No-Objection Affidavit of the respondent. In furtherance of the same, the respondent duly appeared before the court and cooperated in getting the FIR quashed. Thus, vide order dated 30th November, 2023, the FIR already stands quashed.

Thus, it is submitted that non-compliance/disobedience by the respondent as alleged in the present petition has been rectified and the aforesaid FIR has been duly quashed by the coordinate bench of this Court. In view of the submissions as recorded in the CM APPL. 1437/2024, the present contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn on account of being satisfied.
