The Court is not inclined to grant any relief, interim or final, qua the impugned demand notice dated 26th December, 2019 against the Petitioner, at this stage since, according to the Petitioner, its application for stay is pending for consideration before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) -7 [CIT (A)]. However, the Court requests the CIT (A)-7 to take up the said application at the earliest and dispose it of by 31st July, 2019.

3. The petition and application are disposed of in the above terms.
