% 30.04.2025 1.

Pursuant to the order dated 24th March, 2025, counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff has received a sum of ₹ 1 lakh from the defendant, towards damages and costs.

Counsel for the defendant submits that he has no objection if a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant.

3.

Accordingly, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant in terms of prayer clauses 37(i), (ii) and (iii) of the plaint.

4.

Further, in terms of prayer clauses 37 (vi) and (vii), ₹1 lakh has already been paid by the defendant to the plaintiff towards damages and costs.

The suit is decreed in the aforesaid terms.
