Matter has been taken on the basis of Office-Note. 2.
It is a disposed of matter.

Lastly, when the matter was taken up on 12.08.2025, learned Trial Court was granted additional time to conclude the trial. 4.
However, another communication has now been received from learned Trial Court and as per such communication dated 06.04.2026 sent by the concerned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, there is request for grant of extension of time of four months. It is submitted that there are multiple witnesses and multiple accused and there are several time-bound matters and, therefore, despite making best efforts, the Court has not been able to meet the timeline fixed by this Court.

05.12.2025 and it is in the aforesaid backdrop that request has been made. 6.
Learned counsel for petitioner has joined the proceedings through videoconferencing on advance notice and leaves it to this Court to pass appropriate order.

Keeping in mind the overall facts and contents of the aforesaid communication, time is extended by another period of four months. It is, however, clarified that no further request for extension would be entertained. 8.
A copy of this order be sent to learned Trial Court for information and compliance.
