% 11.01.2016 Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that plaintiff is located at Greater Kailash-II, Delhi where part of cause of action arose hence seeks transfer of present case to District South-East, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-East), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket, Delhi on 18.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
