Learned counsel for the parties submit that the out of Court settlement has been arrived at in CS(COMM) 391/2025 titled 'Bharat Singh Kushwah & Ors vs. Manoj Sharma & Anr., which was pending before the District Judge Commercial Court-02, Patiala House Court, New Delhi. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel submits that these petitions alongwith TR.P.(C.) 205/2025 have become infructuous.
