The present petition under Section 2 (b), 2 (c) (ii), 2 (c) (iii) and Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, seeks the following prayers:- " i) Pass an order Initiating contempt proceedings against the contemnors and punish them in accordance with law for contempt of order dated 25.01.2024 in WP (C) 1847 of 2020 Titled "Kucha Natwa Resident Vikas Association (Regd.) and Ors. v. North Delhi Municipal Corporation.

ii) Direct the contemnors to comply with the order dated 25.01.2024 in WP (C) 1847 of 2020.

iii) Pass an order directing the contemnors to ensure that the petitioner is allowed to peacefully vend without any let or hindrance at their allotted sites as mentioned in the para 2 of the petition.

iv) Pass such other orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioners and against the contemnors."
