Mr. Manu Chaturvedi, Counsel appears for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('MCD') on advance notice along with Mr. Ripudaman Bhardwaj, CGSC for respondent nos.3 & 4.

It has been stated by Mr. Manu Chaturvedi, Counsel for MCD that pursuant to the representation, action was taken, details of which he seeks to hand up, and a full 2.5 kms. stretch was cleared on 21st October 2024. 4.
In any event, he states that a written response to the representation will be sent within two weeks.

Officer of the MCD, Mr. Kushal Kadiyan, Area Inspector, City-SP Zone, is present in Court and undertakes on behalf of the MCD that a response will be given within two weeks.
