Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition considering that the counsel for Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') has handed up the printout from the SEBI Complaints Redressal System (SCORES) portal, which shows that the case was disposed of on 03rd April 2025. 2.

Pursuant to the complaint, which had been filed, documents and supporting evidence were examined, and SEBI has stated that an administrative warning has been issued against the Fund and the Investment Managers for not disclosing the exact redemption process to the investors. Counsel for the petitioner states that though this is completely unsatisfactory and inadequate, especially from a regulatory organization like SEBI, and where the loss to the petitioner is of Rs.53 Lacs. 4.

He seeks to agitate the same in consonance with order dated 19th December 2024 in appropriate legal proceedings. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case there is any continued infraction. 6.
