This appeal is disposed of with the consent order that both parties are allowed to lead fresh evidence with respect to their respective cases and the main case filed under Section 22 of the Workmen Compensation Act, 1923 will be decided as per the respective stands of the parties after parties have lead evidence, including on the aspect as to whether the deceased had the driving licence at the time of the accident.
