% 13.01.2020 Present petition is directed against order dated 30.11.2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (the "Tribunal"). Learned counsel for the respondent submits that this case is fully covered by a decision rendered by this Court in the case of Govt of NCT of Delhi & Ors. v. Raut Sunita Nivraati Rao [W.P.(C). No.5640/2018] and other connected matters decided on 0512.2019. Ms. Ahlawat, learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the same. She submits that the present petition is barred by limitation and latches as the respondent had approached the Tribunal after unexplained delay. She submits that the result was declared in 2011 and the respondent approached the Tribunal in 2016.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. In view of the detailed reasons given by this Court in the case of Govt of NCT of Delhi & Ors.(supra), we find no reason to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

CM.APPL 29283/2019 also stands dismissed.
