% 03.09.2015 The counsel for the parties inform us that a settlement has arrived at. The broad terms of the settlement are that Flat No. 5, 31 Prithviraj Road, New Delhi (under Raghav Holdings Private Limited) and Flat No. 6, 31, Prithviraj Road, New Delhi (under Scanasia Properties), also known as 'The Terraces', shall be sold and the sale proceeds will be divided equally between the appellant no.1 on the one hand and the respondent no.1 on the other hand. The respondent no.1 is a minor and is represented by her mother respondent no.2 who shall manage the said funds for the benefit of the minor. This settlement puts an end to this appeal. The learned counsel for the parties shall file an appropriate application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC or any other relevant provisions for a compromise decree. The said application shall be moved before the learned Single Judge before whom the suit is pending.
