Now, counsel for the parties submits that the valuation of the suit property is less than Rs 2 crores as per its pecuniary jurisdiction as such the case has to be transferred before the District Court. In view of the submission, let the matter be sent before the Ld District & Session Judge, (Central District) as the address of the defendants 1 & 2 falls within the jurisdiction of Central District. In view of the submission and circumstances, let the matter be sent before the Ld District & Session Judge, (Central District) Tis Hazari Court on 02.05.2017.
