From the perusal of the previous ordersheet, it revealed that the matter has been prolonged for more than six months on one pretext or the other for the purpose of settlement but no positive outcome has come.

Now, counsel for the parties submits that the valuation of the suit property is less than Rs 2 crores as per its pecuniary jurisdiction as such the case has to be transferred before the District Court. In view of the submission, let the matter be sent before the Ld District & Session Judge, (Central District) as the address of the defendants 1 & 2 falls within the jurisdiction of Central District. In view of the submission and circumstances, let the matter be sent before the Ld District & Session Judge, (Central District) Tis Hazari Court on 02.05.2017.

Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Court on 02.05.2017.
