The learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that, keeping in view the peculiar facts of the present case and not to be treated as a precedent, the prayer of the petitioner has been acceded to by the respondents and it has been directed that he shall remain posted at Delhi till his superannuation. A copy of the order issued by the respondents in this regard has also been supplied to the petitioner. 2.

In view of the above, the petitioner, who appears in person, submits that nothing further survives in the petition. 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
