1. The petitioner, who claims to be the legally wedded wife of respondent no.3, has approached this Court seeking a direction to the Army Authorities to grant/release her maintenance from the salary of respondent no. 3 for the period between 08.04.2019 to 31.07.2020.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since a Part II order recognizing the petitioner as the legally wedded wife of respondent no.3 has been issued by the respondents on 16.08.2022, the petitioner instead of pressing the present petition will avail of other appropriate remedies to claim maintenance from her estranged husband/respondent no.3.
