Parties have settled their disputes under a Settlement Agreement dated 08.02.2023, a copy whereof has been handed over in Court, and is taken on record. Under the Settlement Agreement, it is the petitioner that has to pay certain amounts to the respondent. 2.
The petitioner has paid several instalments due under the Settlement Agreement, but an amount of approximately Rs.2.5 crores, out of the total amount of Rs.36,78,10,000/-, remains to be paid. 3.
Learned counsel for the parties undertake that their clients will ARB.P. 860/2022 & connected matter.

comply with the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 4.
In view of the above, it appears unnecessary to keep these petitions under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, pending. 5.
The petitions are disposed of, with the above observation, and leaving it open to the parties to take necessary remedies in accordance with law, including by way of revival of these petitions, if the necessity arises.
