The present Petition under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Petitioner seeking quashing of the FIR No. 874/2015, under Sections 182/504 IPC and Section 23 of Juvenile Justice Board, registered at Police Station Amar Colony, New Delhi. 2.

It is submitted that the Charges in the present case were framed in 2017-18 and the trial has reached at the stage of Defence Evidence. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner intends to rely on the findings in the judgment given in other FIR to assert that there is no case made out against the Petitioner in the present case.

Clearly, an endeavor is made to drop the trial which is pending before the learned MM. Whatever are the contentions, can be raised before the learned Trial Court.
