The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of divorce petition bearing HMA No.1111/2019 pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, South District, Saket to any other Court on the ground that the Judge had demitted office. It is stated that a judge has now been appointed to the said Court and the principal ground, on which the present petition has been moved, does not survive.

The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
