% 08.07.2019 Extension of interim bail is sought by petitioner, who is facing trial in a murder case. The factum of petitioner's mother suffering from cancer stands verified. Earlier, interim bail was sought to take petitioner's mother to Mumbai for treatment. But now, petitioner's mother is being treated at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre, Delhi. Upon hearing and on perusal of status report, I find that the father and younger brothers of petitioner can take care of petitioner's mother. However, in the facts and circumstances of this case, interim bail of petitioner is extended by another two weeks on same terms and conditions, to enable him to arrange funds for treatment of his mother. Petitioner shall now surrender on 17th July, 2019 failing which he be

taken into custody.

With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of. Dasti.
